Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

if the life of the mother is at risk. no late term pregnancy. 12 week or earlier. Instead of a death out of abortion, maybe we should be looking at incubation to preserve one life or both lives.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

You lead by example. Continue the support and teach equal rights in the middle east. Help the economic growth of Iraq and stabilize that country (continue to help rebuild and supply security and security training). Support Israel and Afghanistan in peace in those areas.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

to separate our country from others that had Kings and dictators that showed they didn't value the people. To give rights to the people to be able to make a difference in the forming of our nation. To limit a One person rule over all, to decrease the chances of a tyrannical government and the right to fight back if our government is tyrannical as they had fought against a tyrannical government.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a firm believe of freedom of religion as long as it don't infringe on peoples equal rights. I sway more towards "Cultural Beliefs" as it is more focused on protecting the earth and love for our neighbors. And there hasn't been a history of racism and tyranny to force people into that religion.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I do support many areas that we have increased spending with the increasing in the military and veterans budget which was much needed. And we did need to increase funds in infrastructure to give a boost to get some highways completed. I would like to see more funds going into our schools, VA and HUD housing, health care, and replace the borrowed funds that was taken out of social security. But, i do believe in a limited government. Land management should not be done by the Bureau of Land Management. That job is the job of the states, private land owners, and tribal communities. I don't believe in government ran economic development entities that don't produce. I prefer to invest in land ownership, business ownership and new business start ups. I want to reduce compounded government to decrease taxes and free up money to go to important programs like what i have listed above.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I would merge all the health care programs under one roof. This would free up a lot of money to allow for a better , expanded and affordable care. And i believe by doing this could free up enough money to allow people 55 and older to have free medical.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

To see a need, dip or trend or opportunity to expand on improve areas and help push grant opportunities. I seen in 2016 when emissions were changed which caused coal mines to shut down, slowing down coal plants, a very large lay off for the rail road causing thousands their jobs and homes. I seen a problem, tried to reach out to elected officials and they refused to do anything. 2017 emissions were changed, business is slowly going up, but still have the highest foreclosure rates I've ever seen. A lot of area to work with. I try and push for coal production, Clean coal technology and coal by-products to help decrease emission and secure all those jobs that were lost. As a Congressman i would also develop grants to promote clean coal technology. I also tried educating local officials on how to increase contractor jobs to help with the high unemployment rate.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

over hundreds of years or a thousand or so, far before there was a United States, as tradition in several other countries, the middle class has paid for everything. And here we are today, and the middle class still pays for everything. Many presidents promised they were going to get the wealthy to pay their fair share, but never did. And the middle class ended up paying more. I think its time that we push for a 15% flat tax and have the rich start paying their fair share. I would also push to get rid of the estate or death tax. Every president for at least the past 5 presidents has said they were going to decrease taxes and help the working class, and end the end, the middle class ends up paying more taxes every single time. Now its time to get someone like me that will fight for a program that will actual decrease taxes from the working class.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

push for federal and state to reduce the red tape that in many cases causes business to stop functioning or from even starting. Push for broader range and affordable business insurance. Push for new technology and grants for college for this new technology. Decrease compounded government to free up money to be able to push for grants. Push for private business ownership over government ownership.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

At the moment we are over governed. Being over governed ends up we the people pay a very high tax for being over governed. And the only way to repay the borrowed money from social security is to reduce our government by reducing compounded governments. In many cases we have 5 to 10 government entities doing the same job when we only need the one entity. Or we have many entities doing the job of our elected official. I expect our elected officials to do their job. There are areas where we have state job and federal job that manages the same thing. I would rather the state do the managing.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I took the oath when i joined the military and i have a profound respect for our constitution and the equal rights it preserves. I worked all my life. I started with nothing. I didn't have anything handed to me. I started my own business in 1998, working full time and starting my own business in network marketing with part time college. I eventual switch my business to property management and preservation in 2001. I worked 2 full time job when making the change in my business structure. For about 2 years, I got by with about 4 hours of sleep each night until my business was stable enough to run on its own. I also took several courses that I felt would help my business. I studied business management, realty, information technology, fitness and nutrition, motorcycle technology. I know the value of the struggle it takes to actually build something yourself. This is the kind of dedication I will have in office. I plan to work.
