Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

No Circumstances

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

God given unalienable rights defined by our Creator

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was raised three days a week or more in a Fundamental Independent Baptist Church. Every time the doors were open I was there. I grew up in a God loving and fearing home, where my parents trusted in each other and leaned on God. I have a strong connection to Israel and her people, as I am extremely active in Christians United for Israel, Zionist Organization of America, and the Philos Project (where I am current also employed)

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Economic: I believe the less government involved in our economy the better, there should be no laws, taxes, or red tape stifling small business owners. Our current system of capitalism is not working well because it is crony - thus creating a system of oligopolies. The future of Ohio needs to be in creating the maximum incentives possible to start-up companies. Social Matters: The American family and community is on a decline because no one wants to trust and lean on anyone. Our lack of values has torn us apart. We must stop working against each other and start working together by treating our neighbors as family. By being more collective, we will depend on each other to live and less on the government. As children of God we are happiest with strong friendships, family, and community. Every human life is precious and desires love and belonging. We see someone that is poor, sick, or their family is falling apart so we brush it off. But we must take care of each other.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

From global companies to small businesses, we need the maximum incentives possible to encourage entrepreneurs to set up shop in Ohio. It’s time to bring in the very best consultants and experts to study and access the area for job growth. When I managed businesses and later went to school for my MBA, I learned how to put together a solid Business Plan. Ohio Means Jobs needs a business plan with a competitive advantage. Also having ambassadors that are never confined to their local office, but travel both nationally and internationally being on the front lines with job creators. I pledge to bring creativity, innovation, and modern ideas to help bring down unemployment

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I strongly believe that healthcare should be in the hands of the people and their preferred doctors, rather than the government. I see the current healthcare system run by the government as a disaster. We can make Ohio more attractive by pushing for a system where customers can purchase insurance across state lines, which will force companies to offer more competitive prices. Let me be clear, there are some politicians in Columbus that have supported the idea of expanding Medicaid for our state. This is a horrible idea and would further expand the federal government’s influence over our healthcare. President Trump, got rid of the individual mandate, the worst part of Obamacare.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

I am a proponent of laissez faire, the invisible hand of the free market will boost the economy.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I hold a Masters of Business Administration from Marshall University. I have a proven track record of working on political campaigns, for nonprofits, voluntarism, and the private sector. Please reach out for Resume.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

Politicians need to do less talking and more listening. As my campaign continues I will be meeting with anyone I can talk to. Too often we see candidates that are simply consumed in themselves. I will do my job and answer to you, my employer. I’m running for one reason and one reason only, because I love and care about my home. I saw a message that wasn’t out there that I thought I could provide. There’s a leadership crisis in Columbus that I know I can fill it. Our campaign is one that begins and ends with you, the people. I’m just the messenger. Your support means the world to me, and I will do everything in my power to make Columbus hear us again. Visit justinforohio.com.
