Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am Support Life. I support social programs and group homes for poor, homeless mothers. I also support job creation and decent, liveable wages so people can support their families fully.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

America's Founders created our system in order to prevent corruption and tyranny and to herald in the modern era of democracy and freedom.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I grew up going to Protestant churches - Baptist and Congregational. I recently converted to Catholicism. My family is mostly Catholic and I went to Catholic services as a child. It is unusual to go to both Protestant and Catholic churches but that is what I did. I will probably not talk much about religion during my campaign, because I like to keep that part of my life separate.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Additional comment from candidate:

I am running for Congress because I am a victim of life insurance fraud. I wanted to get a new SS# and I still haven't been able to, even though I am running for Congress. So I created a new ID program that people could apply for through local police working with the FBI and he US Marshalls. It would be unique because the individual could live in their hometown with family and friends. I still have not been able to get a new ID. It is the only reason I am running. I also wrote initiatives to prevent human trafficking in the Federal Immigration Office. I went to DC and no one seemed to give a hoot, even though law enforcement liked my ideas. So I decided to apply for the job myself. I would not be running if it weren't for this. I have discovered that I have the job skills necessary to be a successful Congresswoman. If I got this job, I would be able to put my ideas on the floor, too. I am a former social worker and so I see it as a good public service. I think it would be a good fit.
