Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I believe that life begins at conception. Abortion kills unborn babies. Abortion should not be legal. I am very concerned that female babies and black babies are aborted in greater numbers than males and whites. It is a form of genocide and gender discrimination. It is very doubtful that a law banning abortions would survive a court challenge in the PA court system unless there were exceptions for the life of the mother, rape, etc.

Additional comment from candidate:
I will continue to vote on legislation the same way I have since I was elected. I always vote no on tax increases, I always vote yes on the right to own and bear arms, and I always vote pro life. I believe that state budget problems are a result of over spending, not under taxing. I will continue to support public sector pension reform. I will continue to fight against the over reaching federal government on things like Obamacare and Common Core. I believe the best way to help businesses create jobs is to have lower taxes and fewer regulations. Employees should have the right to NOT join a union and NOT pay union dues if they do not want to.
