Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am a practicing Catholic and would never in my personal life advocate for one. I would like to make adoption easier by protecting house bill 2434 for the adoption tax credit. I do believe abortion has a need, and every case is different, If elected I would defend the right of women to choose.
