Some individuals in government want to gain increased power and authority and therefore in order to protect the rights of the individuals and prevent the tyranny, the founding fathers separated the powers of governement so that no one group or person could take away the freedom of Americans.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion is tragic and should be limited in order to save all lives and protect the unborn children. The only cases in which abortion should be permitted is to save the life of the mother or in cases of rape or incest.

I am a born-again Christian and I believe in the Bible as the word of God. I pray to God for guidance in my daily life and look to Him as the highest authority.

While I have not previously held public office, I strongly believe in and uphold conservative values in my life. When elected as Representative, I will continue to stand for these values and beliefs in my voting and authoring of conservative legislation in order to protect the liberty of Texans.

As State Representative, my priority will be to secure the border and stop illegal immigration. Texas and the United State must enforce the rule of law and protect the rights of Americans. I will work to lower taxes to help increase economic growth and I will fight to protect our Constitutional Freedom of religious liberty and gun rights.
