Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Our founders wanted to protect our God given rights from government, their past history with King George of England that spawned the revolution to protect individual freedoms, property rights and taxation without representation clearly was why our Constitution was drafted. The King had way too much power and our Founders knew government had to be limited and for the people by the people.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

This Congress I voted against the Omnibus bill and budget that broke the spending limits put in place by the sequester and increases spending. i have fought to reign in the EPA with their burdensome and unnecessary regulatory overreach. I am a primary advocate in the House fighting to revoke their waters of the United States rule which is a power grab from States and erosion of individual property rights. I have continuously supported pro-life legislation including several measures to stop taxpayers dollars from going to Planned Parenthood and cosponsoring H.R. 36 that bans abortions after 20 weeks. I am a strong advocate for free markets and trade. I voted to lift the oil export ban and voted multiple times to approve the Keystone XL pipeline. I have voted numerous times to repeal Obamacare and support a patient driven healthcare system that incorporates free market principles to drive down costs and improve quality and service.

Additional comment from candidate:
I ran for Congress to change the direction our country is on. Under the liberal progressive policies of the Obama administration our basic freedoms have been eroded, we have economic stagnation, limiting opportunities for our citizens and putting our national security at risk. The thousands of executive actions have resulted in a federal government that has created a regulatory environment that stifles innovation and economic growth and adds unnecessary costs to Americans. Obama's foreign policies have created a vaccumn where dictators, radical Islamic extremists and terrorists have grown stronger and threaten our freedoms and our lives. Our allies no longer trust us and his policies have severely eroded our credibility and leadership. I continue to fight for commonsense policies to encourage private sector growth: fiscal responsibility cut spending, commonsense regulatory reform and real tax reform that cuts rates.
