What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The nature of mankind that caused America's Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the constitution was to create a system of checks and balances. To make it harder for laws to be passed (preserving liberty), and to limit corruption (by setting term limits except for the supreme court justices, this is so they can vote with the constitution instead of popular belief). I believe with all the measures the founders took it has happened with the constitutions gradual decay.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in God, as the only God,Creator and the divine. In Christ, as my savior. In the holy spirit which I pray to dwell within me. My beliefs are just that, my own,we are all entitled to this. Having said that,it's also important to know the role Christianity and God played in our country's history, how it was formed, the principles and morals, and how it provided the people of this nation with liberty and freedom. Christianity must be a part of that discussion to have an educated society. So much has been lost; more broken families, values are now in dollars,God and Christ have turned into a stigma. This once proud nation under God,dedicated to him,is now being led by a party witch removed him from the party platform.James Madison one said “We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon the power of government, far from it.We’ve staked the future of all our political institutions upon our capacity…to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God."

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Conservative

Protecting the political system against those who want to sell their office; My opponent is currently suing the Commonwealth for the right to accept bribes. In 1992 an FBI investigation led to the arrest of 15 state legislatures for selling their votes. He also wrote an article about why the state should drop the required ethics training for state legislatures. I can see why and believes he validates his own point.
