What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

As it relates to branches of government, it was the tyranny of a monarchy that led our founding fathers to establish limited powers. They understood the nature of mankind and the ambitions that lead to such tyranny. They were also careful to ensure that the State would not be in a position of influence over the Church. However, I do believe it was never their intent to keep the Church out of Government. Quite to the contrary, they established a Nation Under GOD. And so it should be!!

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, Voters, Congress, Supreme Court, Industry, Academia - Media and Sports should have no "authority"!! :)

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in Jehovah God; His Son Jesus Christ who came in human form, lived a sinless life, was crucified as the supreme sacrifice for the sin of mankind, was buried and rose again 3 days later into victorious LIFE - and by so doing offered anyone who would believe in Him and confess him as Lord that same eternal life with God; and the Holy Spirit - God's presence with us here on Earth until the Return of Christ and the Rapture of the Church. I believe the Holy Bible is the Word of God, inerrant, infallible and indestructible as it is written on the hearts of those who believe! I believe that all things are possible with God and that nothing is impossible for HIM.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I am a fierce defender of our freedoms - our inalienable rights - those given to us by God and that can only be taken away by Him. Those who know me understand that I operate on the premise of logic as it relates to my Faith and Family Values. For example, I tell my children, "If it defies logic, it cannot be the truth." What person would work day and night to protect a turtle or eagle egg, but would willingly support and defend the taking of unborn human life? If God established the marriage covenant for the purpose of creating a family (procreation), how can same sex couples fulfill that purpose? If individuals motivated by greed, self-interest and bent upon harming my family can have access to firearms with the intent to do evil, why should I be limited in any way to own and carry a firearm to protect my home and my family? These liberal notions defy logic and therefore, in my opinion, cannot be birthed in TRUTH.
