What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The desire to limit any group's power to create tyranny was first in the founders' minds. We had gone through the tyranny of George III and did not power to be concentrated. The power remains with the people in our Constitution, but we must remain vigilant to prevent tyranny.

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I do not accept the additional pay offered for committee membership, training sessions, or apply for mileage reimbursements as a magistrate. The real proof of a fiscal conservative is if one does not try to get every penny they can for themselves. Too many people call themselves conservatives, but they do not cut back on their own pay. They are hypocrites. We must always look in the mirror first to make budget cuts. Accordingly, I will not accept pay for special sessions for budgets that should have been completed during the regular session.
