Questionnaire

Congress should repeal the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

Strongly Agree

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

The U.S. military should wait for militant Islamic groups to directly threaten our national security on our shores, rather than eradicate them now wherever they may be worldwide.

Strongly Disagree

The United States must maintain a nuclear arsenal that is safe, reliable, modern and numerically superior to those of potential adversaries.

Strongly Agree

I support legislation such as the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA) that would prohibit discrimination against individuals, organizations and small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

The federal government should establish Common Core as a nationwide academic standard for high school graduation.

I oppose the resettlement of Syrian refugees into the U.S. without proper vetting.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God should be first and foremost in all our decision making. The Constitution and ability to participate as Voters are a testament to the authority we the people possess. We must use this guidance and authority to stand up to career politicians.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

If the mother's life is at risk.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The same characteristics that cause people to spend a lifetime in politics, instead of stepping up as public servants. Our Constitution was meant to be a limit on the federal government; however, politicians in both parties and the Supreme Court have bent it to advance their own political beliefs. We have to place limits on politicians and seek leaders answering a calling, not looking for a career.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a devout Christian. I believe in God, that he has a plan for all of our lives and that he sent his Son, Jesus, to die for our sins.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

As a political outsider, like the average person, I have not been part of the group of career politicians who are responsible for our growing national debt, our declining moral foundation, and policies that have left behind our veterans. I am a prosecutor, a small-business owner, and a Soldier in the United States Army Reserve, where I spent over 3.5 years as an Army Prosecutor before recently being appointed Chief of Military Justice. It is time we sent one of us to Washington for a change.
