What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Absolute Power Absolutely Corrupts. Greed for money and power.History has shown this with the Greeks and Romans. They set up three branches of government with equal but separate powers and enumerated them in the Constution

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Voters, Constitution, The Congress and Supreme Court were to be coequal branches of government (Currently the Supreme Court is making law from the bench)

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Strict Roman Catholic. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. He left the Holy Spirit to guide us until he returns to resurrect the dead and take his people to heaven. Only God the Father will send him and only he knows the time, God is one with 3 natures Father Son and Holy Spirit. Marriage is a Holy Sacrament and when a Man and a Woman and only a Man and a Woman knowingly and voluntarily enter into this bond only death can end it. Of course I think my faith is the best why else would I go there, But I feel Christ has a place in heaven for all Christians.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

Over the past 23 years in public office I have brought together groups as Tea Party, 9-12, Farm Bureau, Realtors, Builders religious groups and got the Amish to bring over 40 ministers and bishops to protest and turn back 2 proposed ordinances a Subdivision ordinance and Zoning ordinance . I have for the past 10 years have kept our tax and spend County Commissioners from wasting the Stormwater Fund on there pet projects. Sorry to say with no back help from other elected officials they are getting the best of me. The County Surveyors Office (my department) over the past 10 years has averaged a 0.2% yearly budget increase but, every year I have returned up to 10% to the general fund. I do not spend money unless it must because it is not mine it is the peoples I have picketed the South Bend Indiana abortion clinic. A marched for right to life. Permitted (should not need one) to carry hand gun for 38 years

E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you.

Additional comment from candidate:

Question 12 is in error as the founders formed an elected republic not a pure democracy as they knew a pure domocracy would fail as it did with the Greeks
