What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Our founding fathers recognized that the writings of both John Locke and Thomas Hobbes were true. Mankind is blessed with inalienable rights and natural freedoms however, mankind is imperfect. The Constitution acknowledges this and blesses United States citizens with the greatest freedoms known to the world while carefully balancing the power of Government so that no one branch can ever amass enough power to infringe upon those rights.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am proud to be pro-life and have been fully endorsed by Kentucky Right to Life and Northern Kentucky Right to Life in my past elections.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a proud Christian. I was raised in a Baptist household on a family farm where I learned the value of a hard day's work and that, while there will be bountiful years and poor years, God has a plan for us all.
