Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only when medically necessary as determined by doctor(s), signed off by both parents and after all attempts to save life. Or in other words rarely if ever. Not a procedure I am in favor of only used to save a life at the same time attempting to save the life of the unborn.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The design was to prevent the overarching or over reach of any branch of the government. It was designed to protect the constitution against all enemies foreign or domestic.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in God the Eternal father and in his son Jesus Christ and in the Holy Ghost. That a portion of God's spirit is on this earth to guide us and help us when we are honest, true, chaste, benevolent. I believe as Christ the Lord omnipotent taught that we must do good to all men. I believe all men have the inalienable rights to worship almighty God according to the dictates of their own conscience. I have a strong belief in the freedom of religion and that strong religion can be found by following true principles as taught by righteous leaders. My values follow closely the scout law, trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.

I am fiscally conservative, meaning, I have lived within my means. I have invested and continue to invest in my talents and education. I have sought education at all levels and worked at it as while being in a career or at the same time. I have completed degrees, in accounting and management. I have a masters degree in healthcare and within a few credits of completing my masters degree in education. I have raised 5 boys, three of which graduated high school with honors academically and three who are eagle scouts. I guided my squadron budget during sequestration the last three years of my military career. I have always felt that national security is a valuable part of keep our nation strong. I am an investor and I have traveled the world and seen places that aren't as conservative. I live in one of the most conservative districts in my state. I am a Social Conservative, Economic Conservative and strongly believe in defending the constitution as well keeping a strong military.
