18. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

The recognition of individualism and respect for one another is what in the nature of mankind caused the Constitution to be written as it was. The Founding Fathers understood that everyone is different; it doesn't take skin color to make one different, and they responded with a decree that allowed everyone to honor their differences, choices, ideas, expectations, hopes, and dreams to their liking and no one else's.

19. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God Constitution Voters Supreme Court Congress (the rest do not apply as it relates to authority)
