Removal of all Federal Regulations (unless passed through Congress) becuase they are unconstitutional and restrict our Economy and cost jobs.

17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Life of the Mother, providing every abortion be performed in a liscenced Hospital, with parental approval for minors and within the first Trimester.
