18. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

I disagree with the wording of this survey, which forces a Republican-Democrat polarization. As a Libertarian, I do not believe in forcing my moral opinions on others. Contact me for detailed answers to specific questions TimTurner@ElectTimTurner.com Because I believe something does not mean that the government should force that opinion on others.

19. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

The Constitution is a contract between the people. The highest authority is always the citizen, as lead by their own individual conscience. The Congress, President, and Supreme Court have equal authority in divided powers.

20. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Abortion should be allowed to save the life of the mother. I will vote to remove public funding of abortions, no one should be forced to pay for something they find morally objectionable.

21. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

God does not live in houses made by human hands. My free conscience before my God is my highest value, and for that reason I respect the same freedom for others of any faith or consicence-based standing.
