Humans are flawed individuals. Therefore, by extension, even governments will contain flaws. By giving a check-and-balance formula, this will average out and correct and egregious behavior on the part of the three powers of government.

Raised a Roman Catholic. Deeply believe in God and the power of religious freedom to guide our way. I am pro-life, pro-military, and pro-business limited government. I am greatly alarmed at the attacks on our First Amendment religious freedoms at Federal and State leves.
