18. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The fact all men are created equal in the eye's of God, that no man shall have a right to trample on the freedom's which are our God given rights. The tyranny of a king 3000+ miles away, the acts of a kingdom that imposed it's will among its citizen anytime it deemed nessary. The taxing of lands, property, goods, services and raise them when the king felt it nessary.

19. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Voters, Constitution, Congress, Supreme Court

20. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Abortion should not be a topic of the Governemt, nor should it have any input in the matter. Government needs to stay out of personal life and be more concern with protecting the borders, it's citizen, our Constitution and the trade that takes place across interstate highways. Leave the personal stuff that woman have to do to them, their partner, family and doctors. There isn't one man on the face of the earth that can nor will ever deal with the mental stress that a woman will have to deal with if such messures are ever taken. I have eight awesome loving kids, by that alone should tell you abortion is something I personally would not make a choice of, nor wife. Government doesn't belong in our bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms or kitchen. In fact government needs to get our of our community schools, we as adults are able to make choices as free people.

21. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I beleave in the Father, the son, and the holly ghost. All men have free will, the choice to decide right from wrong. Left alone from the tyrannical arms of government, men and woman can do awesome stuff, creating stuff that will emprove the life of the human sprite. Education is an added plus, but faith in God regardless of your religous back ground, is a foundation that can be stronger than any rock or steel. God provides means, leason, and forgiveness when all other may not. God in your family, builds good relationships, trust, and a happy awesome home enviroment. Having faith yelds good fruit from the trees, not bitter. God should never be taken out of our schools nor our governments, state of local.
