Carbon fee and dividend. Producers and consumers need to pay for the environmental costs of dumping carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Because this has been a free resource, it has been overused to the extent that it threatens the continuation of human life on earth. Universal, comprehensive single payer health insurance. Labor laws that facilitate unionization of all workers, especially in agriculture.

16. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Abortion should be allowed when it is in the interest of the health of the mother.
