16. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

Mankind is sinful by nature and checks and balances needed to be put into place in order to protect the United States and the citizens from the fallen nature of man.

18. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

I believe the founders set it up as the following: Constitution, God, Congress, Supreme Court, Voters. I have answer to God first, so I would list it as the following: God, Constitution, Congress, Supreme Court, Voters

19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

God created everything that includes the following, the heavens, the earth and all of its inhabitants including man. Man is created in God's image but is fallen because of his sinful nature which started with Adam and Eve. God gave man the 10 commandments in order to give the law that man could live by. When man fell short (sinned) there was a system of reconciliation through blood sacrifices and ceremonies in order for man to atone for the sin. Finally, God made his final sacrifice by sending his son Jesus Christ to die on a cross as a final blood sacrifice for man's sin. Ultimately, any man or woman that accepts and truly believes in Jesus' sacrifice can spend eternity in heaven with the triune God (God the Father, Jesus the son, and Holy Spirit).
