16. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

GOD, Constitution, Voters.

19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that there is one GOD, and only one GOD, who is all powerful, all knowing and ever present. I believe that we, as mankind, are sinners, who can be saved, by Grace, due to GOD the Father giving his Son to be take the punishment for our sins. I believe that GOD, and his word are the ultimate authority, and that we are given certain liberties by him. The Constitution does NOT give us these rights, but rather us supposed to guarantee that these rights are not infringed upon. At the same time, we are also given certain restrictions, which the Constitution, nor the will of man, can override. I believe that GOD and his word are the ultimate authority on issues such as marriage, the authority of a father and mother over their children, as well as their responsibilities and many other issues. GOD also describes how man is supposed to govern himself, as well as our responsibilities when it comes to helping others
