19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was raised in a Baptist Church in Huntington, WV. I learned about God's love for me from my Sunday School Teachers, Pastors, and my parents. I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior when I was 8 years old. I have been serving Him ever since. I believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and died on an old, rugged cross to be the perfect and final sacrifice to cover my sins. I believe that when I die, I will ascend to Heaven and worship Him for eternity. I have taught Sunday School to College Students and Adults, lead countless Bible Studies, witnessed to friends, family, and strangers, sung solos and in choirs and praise teams, and was ordained as a Deacon in 1996. I believe that I should live each day as if it were my last, and that I should strive to be Christ-like in all situations. Everything that I do and say should be done in love, and all of the good that comes from it should be credited to Jesus Christ alone.
