18. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

The desire to take dominion over and to enslave others; the pursuit of power and control. Which really is derived from the depravity of unregenerate man.

19. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, Congress/Supreme Court. Voters' authority is exercised in the election of Congress. As is industry, professional sports, entertainment, media and academia (in their roles as voters)

20. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

No. But we must argue beyond life in instances where the life of the mother is threatened. The argument then would be intent. Do we prevent the unintentional, non-purposeful, possible threat to a woman's life by intentionally killing another human being? I believe not. Therefore, there is no justification for the intentional killing of the unborn.

21. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a follower of Christ. Saved by His grace alone. I believe in the inerrency of scripture and that God has sovereignly ordained and directed our lives for His glory. I believe the fundamental principles by which we govern ourselves should be based upon the protections set forth by God in His Word, the Holy Bible.
