Separation of Powers ensures that each branch operates within Constitutional limits and doesn't become destructive. We only have to look at how over reaching the Federal government is today to understand why the separation of powers is necessary.

I am not a supporter of abortion.

I believe in the 10 commandments. I believe God created all things and loves each of us. God gives us free will to choose right from wrong.
