Parker:   Transparency in medical billing. Medicine is a field that has different pricing for individuals, insurance companies and government programs. Competition should be encouraged by providers charging the same prices to all and posting them online for all to see. Imagine a grocery store charging different prices to different people with no prices posted and a third parting picking up the bill.
