What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Buck:   Wanting to be free from tyrannic rulers, freedom to chose their path in life, and from the countries they fled, and the abuses of power from the British in the mid 1700's . However, much of our freedom was taken from the Magna Carta and our founding fathers enhanced it by making the Constitution and the Bill of rights . Also, the drive against taxation without representation.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Buck:   As a Catholic, I believe in God. My values are influenced by God, country and Children. Upholding the principles of the Constitution and Bill of Rights and most of all the ability for everyone to have a voice. One of the greatest things I value is that in America we as individuals are not judged by the values of others. You are your own person.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Buck:   Torte reform! Adequate, affordable, and accessible for all cannot begin till Change the laws- Example; A Dr. friend, practicing over 20 yrs., half of her gross income goes to paying malpractice insurance! Willful and frivolous lawsuits crowd the dockets of our court system.Did you know on average a doctor was being paid only 13.00 for an office visit? Notice how the amount of enrollment for medical and nursing students went way down during ACA? Bring free market back and the right for an individual to truly choose their own doctors, not government to say which you are allowed to choose. Competition will bring down prices and up the care level, making it affordable for those who do not have ample funds now.Make it easier for companies that employ ANY amount of people to offer healthcare to their employees, through tax breaks. Allowing Insurance coverage to cross state lines, yet still being in network of Insurers participating doctors/care.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Buck:   Lessons are being taught by President Trump right now on the economy ! Less Regulations, while maintaining safety and protecting the environment. Supporting small bossiness is the back bone of boosting our economy.
Crist:   (Did not answer)

What changes should be made to the tax code?

Buck:   Less Government, less taxes. I am a true Republican and Federalist. Reality is ,we know the Central Government must tax to provide security for America and it's infrastructure and to stimulate Commerce. The new tax codes just past in Congress are a good start.
Crist:   (Did not answer)

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Buck:   Push for deregulation and free enterprise! Make it easier for companies to start up, and hire people! The American people and their businesses are the stimulus for the economy. Government should not play a leading role in private enterprise. Governments role is security and commerce outside our borders to ensure we are being treated fairly in a global economy.
Crist:   (Did not answer)

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
