E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you:
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
The number one issue in this race is property tax. Voters have a choice between the incumbent who spends his time working to slow the rate of increase and me, who will spend time working to eliminate property tax and the arbitrary, wasteful, and maddening appraisal process. While we are working to eliminate property tax, we should appraise property on the purchase price, to eliminate the waste of the current process.
I take my oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution very seriously. I believe Texas legislators have a duty to call out violations of the Constitution by the feds and to stop unconstitutional federal acts in Texas. I call this constitutional enforcement. With my group, Texas Constitutional Enforcement, I crafted the Texas Sovereignty Act. If elected, I would work toward passage of that act and would resist federal tyranny.
